Game 3 of our 3 day road show saw our high flying Friars abruptly brought down to earth after taking on the undefeated, #17 in the nation, St John Vianney Lancers. 
The first quarter was an amazing display of competitive Varsity Basketbal at the highest level. However, it all came apart in the second; the wheels fell off on our Friars and our diminutive size began to show. Turnovers and missed shots led to SJV fast breaks causing our team to be outscored by 20 in that disastrous quarter!
At Half time our girls regrouped, rallied and came out fighting with aggression and fierce defense to begin the third. SJV answered with a barrage of made 3s to end the quarter by adding 4 more to the deficit score. Our team held even but never really challenged again.
Keep your heads up Friars!!!
