St. Anthony's watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 13-4 loss to Connetquot on Wednesday. Connetquot scored on a home run by Matthew Brown-Eiring in the first inning, a single by Josh McGee in the first inning, and a double by Brown-Eiring in the second inning.
The St. Anthony's struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Connetquot, giving up 13 runs.
Connetquot got on the board in the first inning. Brown-Eiring homered on a 1-0 count, scoring three runs.
