Walk-Off Seals Win For Chaminade Against St. Anthony's

A walk-off left St. Anthony's on the wrong end of a 4-3 defeat to Chaminade on Thursday. The game was tied at three with Chaminade batting in the bottom of the eighth when Steven Rizzo induced Brendan Daly to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.
Chaminade opened up scoring in the first inning. Chaminade scored one run when Joseph McCloskey singled.
In the bottom of the seventh inning, Chaminade tied things up at three when Logan Koester's sac fly scored one run for Chaminade.
Matthew Merolla got the win for Chaminade. He threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Rizzo took the loss for St. Anthony's. He surrendered one run on zero hits over one-third of an inning, walking one.
Jake Barrett started the game for St. Anthony's. He allowed six hits and two runs over five innings, striking out eight
