St. Anthony's defeated Chaminade 8-3 on Wednesday after taking the lead late in the game.  The game was tied at two with St. Anthony's batting in the top of the sixth when Michael DeSantis singled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.

Chaminade got things moving in the second inning.  Jason DeCaro's wild pitch allowed one run to score for Chaminade.

St. Anthony's notched four runs in the seventh inning.  Tajjiddin Farmer and Edward Lippert each drove in runs during the inning.

Declan Sullivan earned the win for St. Anthony's. The bulldog surrendered one run on one hit over two and two-thirds innings, striking out three and walking one.

James Weedon took the loss for Chaminade. The bulldog surrendered four runs on four hits over five innings, striking out five.

DeCaro started the game for St. Anthony's. The pitcher went four and a third innings, allowing two runs on three hits and striking out eight

St. Anthony's smacked one home run on the day. Lippert put one out in the seventh inning.

Quintin Vizza went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead St. Anthony's in hits.
