WHAT A WEEK FOR THE FRIARS!!!!

For starters.... how about that 20 point victory over one of the top swim teams in NY State history.... Fordham Prep!

That win was not as easy as the 100-80 score shows.

YOU EARNED THAT WIN.....

YOU WORKED FOR THAT WIN!!

Right from the Medley Relay.... Tommy Morelli's flip turn propelled us to a 1-3 victory that set the stage for what this win will take.

Lorenzo Aquilino had to be our most valuable of the meet with his performances in the 200 and winning the 500.  OUTSTANDING!  Aaron Mendoza with 50. point in both the 100 fly and back just makes him a dual meet phenomenon!  He just steps it up EVERY time.  Declan Sullivan's 200 free relay leg shows why he's such a gamer and quite frankly, what I've learned after two former Sullivan Friars... you never count out a Sullivan when it counts!

And of course.... Noah put on another stellar performance swimming the top times in the state in a Speedo....

Yeah, I'm a FAN.   :)

We followed up that WIN with our trip to VA/Washington DC that could not have gone any better!  The Boys WON the meet vs Paul VI to continue their streak even on the road!

We started this travel tradition back in 1998... and I have to say this year was one of the best.  What a "once in a lifetime" experience for our athletes, and a huge shout out to Friar alum Congressman LaLota who gave us a tour to remember!

I am so grateful for that!  I know they (as well as I) will never forget it!   God Bless you Sir!
