** Huge shout out to our Juniors for doing an amazing job paying tribute to our incredible Seniors!!! So well deserved!
THANK YOU SENIORS!!
The team is down to its FINAL dual meet of the season and in full preparation for Champs weekend! We are facing Sacred Heart in a battle of the undefeated.... the final two without a loss.
Let's swim the current champions with the intention of making this the BEST dual meet performance of the season and focus on getting the best times possible for our Championship lineup entry.

Hello Ladies!!!
How INCREDIBLE was that meet last night?? WOOO
I personally had a blast! The Friar Fans were LOUD too!
So great to have everyone back. Energy and enthusiasm were off the charts! THANK YOU to ALL who helped/assisted and made donations.
I must give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Friar Mary McKenna...
What a week she had....!!!!
She not only swam the first in-season State Qualifying time in the league the other night with a 5:09.06 in the 500... (holy fast!)
but also committed to.... PRINCETON!!!
CONGRATULATIONS MARY!!!
BTW.... Mary also set a NEW female open water record crossing the Great South Bay last August. (1:52:38.3) The old record was set in 1975. Quite an accomplishment!!!

Holy cow I had so much fun and this team was PUMPED!
How loud was that crowd??? It was INCREDIBLE to hear those cheers BOOMING across the pool deck. The atmosphere was almost like a Championship meet!!

This team of Ladies really stepped up their game. HUGE shout out to all our Seniors and Juniors for their leadership. Team camaraderie skyrocketed and we [your coaches] couldn't have been more pleased!
