WELCOME! The coaching staff is eager to meet you and your families. At Saint Anthony’s we measure success by dedication and determination to better oneself and to finish what you aspire to accomplish… STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE.
Hopefully, you are enjoying your summer vacation. However, there is no time like the present to prepare yourself for the up-coming fall season. It’s an ideal time to get in shape or stay in shape and be ready to go at our first practice on August 19th. You should develop a personal training schedule
HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
Always: Warm-up first, then stretch, then do your workout. After your workout, lightly stretch again after you cool-down. Drink fluids before, during and after workouts. Have a balanced diet.
DON’T: Run in the heat of the day and most importantly, don’t run alone.
MANDATORY: Prior to our first scheduled practice, you must complete the Appryse on-line and be cleared by the nurse.
