Welcome to the 2018 Cross Country Season
This will be our practice schedule till school starts
-All preseason practices are at Sunken Meadow unless otherwise noted:
*Aug 20-23 @ 5:30pm @ the starting line for XC.
*Aug 24 @ 8am @ the starting line.
*Aug 25 @ 7am @ the starting line.
Aug 26 On your own
*Aug 27-30 @ 5:30pm @ the starting line.
*Aug 31 @ 8 am @ starting line
Sept 1, 2, 3 On your own
*Sept 4 @ 5:30 @ the starting line.
***Sept 5 @ school 12:30 pm
***Sept 6 @ school 1:00 pm
***Sept 7 @ 3pm at school.
