Play of the Year -  Patrick Curley - With a 1.38 over par scoring average. He broke a school record for scoring for 9 holes. He shot a 4 under par 32, which has never been done before. Three players in school history have shot 3 under before, but never 4 under.

The 2019 Boys Varsity Golf team is the strongest and most talented group of golfers we have had at St. Anthony’s since 2012. With a win tonight over St. John the Baptist the team finished their regular season with a 9-1 record and a tie for 1st place clinching a share of Regular Season League Title for the third time in 4 years. We are looking forward to competing for the League Championship Tournament this upcoming Tuesday at the Eisenhower Park's Red Course.

Our team's success was bolstered by the arrival of four strong Freshmen players this year that complimented the upperclassmen that were already in the program. We are likely to have at least 4 members of our team acknowledged as All League performers after placing in the top 8 scoring averages in the entire league. Our team has unfinished business and is confident and poised to challenge our friends from Mineola for the league crown next week.

Head Coach -  Chris Koepplin is completing his 4th season as the Boys Varsity Golf Coach. The past four years the team has won 3 Regular Season Co-Championships while compiling a 38-6 record.
