Team Scholar - Sahil Patel
Team MVP - Jeffrey Rosario & John Shatinsky
This year the varsity boys tennis team had a fantastic season. Led by captains Donovan Reich-Hale, Jeffrey Rosario and Kieran Weiss the team finished with a record of
7-4 with numerous 7-0 sweeps over multiple teams. Individually members of the program received awards with senior Kieran Weiss and junior Jordan Gonzales making all-league and Jeffrey Rosario clinching his third league MVP.
Unfortunately, the team came up short in the finals with a narrow 4-3 loss. However this group of remarkable young men will keep their heads up knowing that they have a bright future.
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Tennis Team on a great season.
Head Coach
Coach Mccalla is both the girls and boys head varsity tennis coach. In his time at St. Anthony’s he had led the Boys to two league championships. In two years as the girls head coach the girls have won one championship.
