2023 Recap

Updated on 05/31/2023

Team Scholar - Ryan Jacoutot

Team MVP - Eamon Tonna

The boy’s crew team worked hard and rowed hundreds of thousands of meters over the winter in the student center and on the water in the spring. Their dedication to moving their team forward included races that the team has not attended in 6 or more years against some of the fastest programs in the country. Their efforts resulted in multiple third place finishes at Long Island Championships and culminated with a 4th place finish in the Men’s Varsity 8 at New York State Championships.  The boy’s crew team has 9 seniors who have raised the standard for upcoming crews and we look forward to seeing how the team progresses in the fall.

The coaches are beyond proud of both teams.  Their dedication and hard work led both groups to their best results in several years.

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls and Boys Crew Team on a great season.”
